Privacy Policy – trendzjewellery.in (Trendz Jewellery)

We at Trendz Jewellery (trendzjewellery.in) strive to deliver your order quickly and safely.

1. Order Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of order confirmation.

During periods of high order volume or courier pickup delays, dispatch may take up to 3 business days.

During festive and sale seasons, dispatch may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order is dispatched, the tracking link will be shared with you.

2. Prepaid Order: Payment Done but No Confirmation

If your payment was successful but you did not receive an order confirmation or update, please don't worry. Message us on WhatsApp with:

  • A screenshot of the payment
  • The transaction ID / UTR number
  • The phone number or email used at checkout

Our team will verify your payment and help you create your order.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your city and courier serviceability.
  • Metro cities usually receive deliveries faster, while remote or rural areas may take extra days.
  • During high-demand periods (festivals, sales), delivery may be slightly delayed.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Orders of ₹500 and above: Free shipping
  • Orders below ₹500: ₹49 shipping charge

Shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available across most pin codes in India.
  • There is no extra charge for choosing COD. Standard shipping charges apply as per Section 4.
  • Please provide accurate contact details and accept delivery on the first attempt.
  • Repeated COD order refusals may lead to restriction of the COD facility for your account.
  • For failed deliveries and re-dispatch charges, please see Section 10 of our Refund Policy.

6. Payment Safety & Courier Scams

Prepaid Orders

If you have already paid online, you do not need to pay anything again at delivery. If the delivery agent asks you for any payment, do not pay. Message us on WhatsApp right away, and we will guide you on what to do next. Your money is always safe with us.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, payment is made only when the parcel is handed to you. If anyone, whether the delivery agent, a caller, or a message, asks you to pay online before you receive the parcel, or to "convert" your COD order to prepaid, please refuse. Message us on WhatsApp, and we will help you.

Stay Safe

  • Trendz Jewellery will never ask you to pay the delivery agent extra charges.
  • Never share your UPI PIN, card details, or bank OTP with anyone.
  • Share a delivery OTP only after the parcel is in your hands.
  • Do not click payment links sent by anyone claiming to be from a courier.

If you are unsure about any call, message, or payment request, message us on WhatsApp before you pay.

7. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
  • You can track your order in real time until delivery using the provided link.

8. Delays & Exceptions

  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, strikes, natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • If your order is delayed beyond expected timelines, please message us on WhatsApp and we'll assist you promptly.
